Being an active member of the prestigious
and world renowned Food Marketing
Institute (FMI), V8 Commercial's
CEO and President, Michael T. Ongchi
has envisioned to establish a distribution
arm called the "Corporate Retail
Group", which will service
the needs of companies engaged in
marketing and distributing Fast
Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in
the U.S. and the other Asia-Pacific
markets.
Utilizing its resources, V8 Commercial
was able to establish affiliations
and strategic alliances with a
nationwide network of distributors
covering a total of over 35,000
wholesale and retail outlets in
the Philippines. The network presently
handles well-known international
household brands from Nestle and
Johnson & Johnson's, as well
as various local brands, i.e.,
UFC, Datu Puti, among others.
